GUIDELINES TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

RULES CONCERNING ABSENCE
- Every student should have minimum of 80% attendance for the academic

VISITORS
- The Principal is available to meet parents on the designated days and timings by prior appointment.
- Parents are not permitted to visit classrooms during school hours. Parents who wish to consult teachers regarding their ward may do so only with prior permission and at the scheduled meeting time.
- Taking students out of school before the regular dispersal time is not permitted except in genuine emergencies. A written request from the parent/guardian must be submitted and approved by the Principal. If a person other than the parent is authorized to pick up the child, a copy of the authorized person’s Aadhaar Card along with his/her details must be attached to the application.
- All parents, visitors, vendors, and other outsiders entering the school premises must report to the Reception Office and record their entry in the Visitor’s Register or scan the QR code and enter required details.
- Visitors shall strictly follow the instructions issued by the Receptionist, Security Personnel, and School Authorities at all times.
- No visitor shall enter any classroom, staff room, office, laboratory, playground, or any other restricted area without prior permission from the school authorities.
- Visitors must wear the Visitor’s Pass issued by the Reception Office and return it before leaving the campus.
- Parents and visitors are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and respectful behaviour while on the school premises.
- Any discussion with teachers or staff members must be conducted through proper channels and only during the designated visiting hours.
- Photography, videography, audio recording, or social media live streaming within the school premises is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Principal.
- Visitors shall not interfere with classroom teaching, school activities, examinations, assemblies, or any academic programme.
- Parents and visitors are requested not to approach students other than their own ward or engage them in conversation during school hours.
- Distribution of gifts, food items, pamphlets, advertisements, promotional materials, or invitations within the school premises is not permitted without prior approval.
- Visitors are expected to respect the school’s rules, regulations, and security procedures implemented for the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
- Any person found violating school rules, creating disturbances, using inappropriate language, or behaving in a manner detrimental to the school’s discipline and environment may be denied entry or requested to leave the premises immediately.
- The school reserves the right to regulate, restrict, or deny entry to any visitor in the interest of safety, security, discipline, and the smooth functioning of the institution.
