Procure the prospectus and register your ward

Procure the prospectus from the school office on any working day between 9.00 am and3.00 pm from 05 November 2024 onwards. It can either be collected personally or a proxy can be deputed to collect the same on your behalf. The set of forms (in the prospectus) need to be submitted with necessary documents for registration.

Age Criteria for Admissions 2025-26  

1. The child to be admitted should complete 5½ years for “Class I” on 30 th September of the year of admission.
2. The child to be admitted to NURSERY should complete 3 years i.e., born between 01/10/2022 to 01/04/2025 .Since the academic year being on 1 st April 2025.
3. The child to be admitted in LKG must be 3 year and 7 month of age on 1 st April 2025.
4. The child to be admitted in UKG must be 4 year and 7 month of age on 1 st April 2025.

Withdrawal Policy

1. A month’s notice excluding holidays is to be given before the withdrawal of the pupil or one month’s fee will be charged.
2. If the name of an absent pupil has, through want of notice, been entered in the register for the following month, fees for that month are due, even if absence continues.
3. No leaving certificate is given until all dues to the school have been paid in full or satisfactorily arranged for.

 N.B.: Students of Pre-Primary should get the Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate for admission in higher classes within a month from the Office after the results.
